In their form, before you apply for a job, they ask you personal questions that are marked as mandatory. They're about your sexuality, if you consider yourself neurodivergent, "Are your diverse abilities over 33%?"
During the interview, their TA looked careless and asked mainly vague questions.
After the application, I received a test to complete. Once passed the test, they schedules a first call which was already technical, where I was asked a market sizing question and other technical questions. After that call, I was ghosted. I only received an email where they asked to complete a survey on the application process, after having ghosted me.

Entrevista
Antes de la primera entrevista me enviaron 3 folletos sobre la empresa y misión, los leí atentamente. Luego hubo una entrevista en inglés de al menos media hora. Un par de días después, el especialista en RR.HH. me dijo que el equipo había examinado mi CV y que mi experiencia no era del todo adecuada. Perdí mucho tiempo.
