Online Application & CV Screening:
Your CV and motivation are reviewed by the People team. they ask you about: academic alignment, language skills and motivation. Second interview was a business case interview. I received a realistic Glovo scenario. I had to present my solution (4–6 slides) and discuss it with a panel. They are looking for: analytical thinking (quantitative metrics), empathy and ethical reasoning (qualitative metrics) and strategic alignment (does your approach reflect Glovo’s pillars?)

Entrevista
It was a very high pressure interview. The interview would go on and if they felt like you were not answering well they would stop the interview. It could be 2 minutes in or 20 minutes in. You had to be quick on your feet and answer either time pressure or logical pressure questions. Side note, even tho I didn't love the format personaly the interviewer was very nice.
