Entrevista
The process was really challenging, as expected. It included a Case presentation, Whiteboard challenge, Cultural fit and Interviews with PMs, Data, etc. It’s important to practice before the interviews for possible questions they could do, in order to answer in a clear and efficient way. I got too nervous in one of the interviews, struggled to answer one of the questions, and that’s why I didn’t get the offer.

Fue corta porque despues de hablar un rato, la recruiter dijo que la posición era para Barcelona y con presencialidad. Creo que no lo especificaron mucho en la oferta. La chica fue muy maja y la entrevista era en inglés.

Sobre la experiencia, motivos para el cambio y que me llama la atencion de glovo
I had first call with hr. The interview started 15 min late from the original time. It's sounds not like a big deal but imagine waiting 10 days and preparing for interview just to wait even more. Overall the conversation was nice, the questions was not that difficult but it left me with sense of we doesn't care that much. Also when I wasn’t accepted for the next round I received a generic answer without giving any feedback of something to improve.
