The interview felt rushed and was a negative experience, pointing out their concerns about why I wasn't suitable, over qualified etc. Instead of probing why I was suitable. I wondered why had I been selected for interview after an initial screening, I had already answered these negative questions? After 30 minutes I was told that they would come back to me within a week with a decision. I never heard from them again ! I do find this incredibly unprofessional and thoughtless, after I had spent time and energy preparing for the interview and time to attend. This reflects poorly on the Company and I would not want to work for such an organisation.
