Started with the usual tell me about yourself and asked me to describe my experience. Nothing technical other than views about the market. One MD was great, while the other tried to criticize small details in every answer.

Not great. Nobody knew the interview process or next steps, no communication throughout and I always had to follow up with the interviewers. Timelines were never accurate and the process took almost 5 months of interviewing. Very disorganized which probably explains the recent RBC move.
