I was looking for a good job for a growing company that is making positive waves in the SaaS/Networking world. Gluware stood out, so I spoke to them for over a week and took a few days to run through the system that'd I'd be working with if hired. Each interview was professional, the hiring manager was not only very respectful but encouraging and wanted to do what was best for both Gluware and myself. I ended up not taking the job, as I simply don't feel that I am currently 100% ready to jump back into network hardware configurations and speak intelligently with potential customers about it. However, the process of reviewing and getting to this point was not bad at all, as many interviews end up being. I hope the best for Gluware and the Presales & Delivery team.
