the interview is basic, and they are just wanting to explain the review process and how their company operates. My interview process did not include many questions. The recruiter basically complained about former employees during most of the interview and then told me about how they like the office to run.

Fast and straight forward. I was called on a Thursday and went to work on a Friday. If you have a bit of experience you'll more than likely get the position if they need attorneys.
