There's a full overview of the SWE interview process on their blog, so it's easy to get a pretty good idea of what to expect and prepare yourself. In short: Recruiter Screen, 'Paired' programming exercise over zoom, Code Review/System Design tech talk, soft skills, culture fit. I didn't pass the pairing round, mostly due to nerves and an oversight in preparation. Surprisingly, they still took the time to schedule a half hour call with the recruiter to go over feedback and invite me to reapply in a few months after improving in some suggested areas.
