I was referred to the position from a colleague at a digital media company who had gone to a MeetUp with the CEO and they discussed referrals. The interview was over Skype on two occasions. I submitted several samples of my portfolio along with my application, which was discussed, and after submitting a custom piece of writing for GoDay, and one final discussion, I was offered the position in October 2012.
