I found them on my own on Indeed. After sending my resume, things moved relatively fast. First contact was an hour-long phone call with an engineering manager, getting to know each other and a fair amount of technical discussion. Follow-up a week later was with a group of engineers over video chat for over an hour, and included a series of technical and cultural-fit questions.
During this time I actually received another offer and let them know. A third interview would normally have been in person, but for expediency we scheduled it online. It covered more tech and showing examples of some of my work. They did, however, ask to see me in person, and the timing was okay so I flew in for a day. That was a great visit; The CTO introduced me individually to everyone in the office, and then spent all afternoon with the team for some tech talk and more in-depth demos of my work.
A week later after we'd closed the deal, I got a call from the CEO for a casual chat and welcoming me to the company. Total time from resume to 1st day was 5 weeks. Honestly, my best interview experience.
