It was a 3 step process. First, I received an email having to schedule a time on Calendly. Then, I had a phone call with the recruiter where I learned more generally about the position and the company. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the manager where she asked about my skills needed for the position and the project we plan to work on (more behavioral questions), and then had another Zoom interview with a team member where I was also asked about my skills and more behavioral questions.
