I applied online and got follow up within 3-4 business days. I was actually looking forward to this role. I email an hour or so before to confirm our phone interview and the recruiter says she will call. About an hour later, she says the role might get placed on hold and that she will follow up on Thursday. Thursday morning comes and nothing. The following Monday comes and she wants to "try again", sure. I schedule my interview AGAIN and SHE EVEN REACHES OUT TO ME TO CONFIRM. It is now Friday and the call is planned for 10am. At 9:55am, I see an anonymous recruiter goes to my LinkedIn page and view my profile and what do you know, similar to the reviews below...no call. I wait until about 10:45 and nothing. I email the recruiter asking if we will speak and that was about a week or so ago. At least this company is consistent for dropping the ball and not being apologetic about it.

This role has been open for quite some time on various sites. I thought why not give it a try. The interview was weird. The recruiter seemed very uninterested from the start... maybe they have quota? Interview was very short, he didn’t not ask me many questions at all. At the end, I was told that the next steps would be to speak with the hiring manager and to look out for an email requesting times, later in the week. Later in the week, I received a “no longer moving forward” email. Haha. The role remains open. Good luck.
