First stage was a very simple 'test' of your subject preference. Interview was a group interview. Easy- asked about tutoring experience and a situation + how you would overcome it. Group consisted of around 4-7 people

Math test and group interview call. The math test was quite challenging and the interviewer interviewed each person one by one after a brief introduction. Questions linking to previous experience and education as the main focus.
You have to send a video in which you try to explain a Math topic. If you are selected you have to perform an online test of 20/30 minutes with 10 questions on calculus topics such as integrals, limits, derivatives, functions. After that is mandatory to participate to a kickoff meeting
A group interview (10+ people) with one or two questions on your method of teaching and ways to interact with tutees. The interview was no stress at all, just be yourself.
