Also erstes musste ein Test für hedes Fach abgelegt werden, was man unterrichten wollte. Danach gab es zwei online Interviewrunden in denen man sich vorgestellt hat und danach Fragen beantworten musste wie: “Was würdet ihr tun um euren Schüler zu motivieren?”.
Das ist allerdings 3 Jahre her und es kann sein, dass das Verfahren sich geändert hat.
