I applied online. They called this afternoon and set up the interview for the next day. I came to their showroom and they gave me an application to fill out. Then the GR guys took me to a room and go over my resume followed by a technical test.

The interview took place on couches in the "showroom" (mostly a holding place for damaged items from online sales). The questions were quite basic which I suppose I was grateful for because I had so little experience. Overall I think it was a fine process.
