I was called in for an interview in their Chicago office by an administrative assistant. The interview was set up for two days following the phone calI met with an Associate Principal and a Principal. It lasted about an hour, and included a tour of their office. It was a very basic architecture interview with a portfolio review and questions about my experience. There were no real surprises.
