The interview was pretty typical. They asked about office experience and excel skills. You use excel for everything so they give you a short excel quiz at the end. After interviewing with the office manager, I met with the Director of the department. I have been promoted since being hired and there wasn't much of an interview process for the promotion.

Easy, They pretty much give you the timeshare pitch you will be giving customers. Process took a week.They also do a video presentation, a personality test too. Those are before the actual in person interview, all very easy though.
