Conversation with managers about availability and job description. Had to fill out an application after already submitting one online. Very easy interview with only one or two questions asked. No need to prepare, you will most likely start working a few days afterwards.

Virtually no interview process. They call you in to meet you, outline your availability, ask briefly if you have any experience, and tell you when to come back. Over my time at the company, I have seen people come in to interview and start the same day.
