Interview process was very easy. Met with the fitness manager and was hired on the spot. Started training for the position about 2 weeks after being hired because I was hired right before Christmas break, so I started right after the first week in January. The questions he asked were pretty simple. It was a very laid back interview.
Great and easy conversation. Manager was very nice and easy to talk to. Was more like a typical conversation than an interview. After the interview we actually went through a few exercises and I had to write out a training plan for different individuals.

walk in, get swole. loved every second they were polite and asked questions i was very interested in as a gym goer. must be large to walk in though lots of gear taken place.

It was a pretty easy-going interview. They did ask lots of questions, but it wasn't intimidating. It lasted a little over 30 minutes. They were really just trying to get to know me and see if i would be a good fit for the enviroment.
