Entrevista
It was straight forward. This was an in person interview and I met the manager and one of the trainers. It was mainly to see if I was a culture fit. The manager was enthusiastic about building the team so many of the questions were revolved around team work and customers.

Tell me a time when you went above and beyond for a customer and why?
Great and easy conversation. Manager was very nice and easy to talk to. Was more like a typical conversation than an interview. After the interview we actually went through a few exercises and I had to write out a training plan for different individuals.

walk in, get swole. loved every second they were polite and asked questions i was very interested in as a gym goer. must be large to walk in though lots of gear taken place.

It was a pretty easy-going interview. They did ask lots of questions, but it wasn't intimidating. It lasted a little over 30 minutes. They were really just trying to get to know me and see if i would be a good fit for the enviroment.
