Entrevista
Interview was fairly brief but hiring process took way too long. Communication issues. Wheels turn pretty slow. Explanation of commissions was extremely complicated and somewhat convoluted. GM couldn't even really explain it. Had to send me to a second GM for that. One live interview and two phone interviews later a hire decision was made but took over a week for HR to get it together. Frustrating process.

Entrevista
Very unprofessional and clear that management does not have a clear understanding of leadership. However, I will say that they did follow the guidelines and communicated their needs clearly. I think that the managers need more experience and leadership training.

Entrevista
I went in and ask for an application, filled it out and got an interview on the spot. Interview was pretty easy. They ask you all the simple questions you would be asked at any other interview.

What experience do you have in the sales position?

Entrevista
The interview was terrible. It started 15 minutes late, the General Manager who was conducting the interview answered the phone for one of his, "bros," in the middle of the interview, and I was asked questions that were not relevant at all to the job, like what my husband does for work and how much he makes. The whole interview was uncomfortable and seemed like he had just googled interview questions and was reading off a list.
