Multiple interviews with divisional vice president, general managers and sales manager. Main focus is your interest in helping people. At first, the DVP will interview you one on one, he will be intimidating in the beginning but after breaking you down he will help you out. DVP is a friendly guy who has the focus and drive to be a great leader. He looks for people with a passion for helping people and staying in the company for the long haul.

Very unprofessional and clear that management does not have a clear understanding of leadership. However, I will say that they did follow the guidelines and communicated their needs clearly. I think that the managers need more experience and leadership training.

I went in and ask for an application, filled it out and got an interview on the spot. Interview was pretty easy. They ask you all the simple questions you would be asked at any other interview.

Entrevista
The interview was terrible. It started 15 minutes late, the General Manager who was conducting the interview answered the phone for one of his, "bros," in the middle of the interview, and I was asked questions that were not relevant at all to the job, like what my husband does for work and how much he makes. The whole interview was uncomfortable and seemed like he had just googled interview questions and was reading off a list.
