Asked questions about my past experiences, The were very caring and polite. It was the owner and his wife, and a manager. They were very low key and down to earth. They gave me a tour and we sat and talked about weddings, along with professional questions. They made me feel very comfortable.

Straight forward, looking for a candidate that will represent the company in a positive manner and welcome every person that comes through the front door. As for qualities/experience they mainly look at your customer service skills and your ability to work in a team.

They said they loved me and that I would be moved forward to second interview...ended up calling them 3 times over a course of 2 weeks and apparently the GM was too busy to interview me.. when they need people.. then emailed me saying I didnt get it when I was waiting to get interviewed again.
