In my opinion, the Interview Process was moderate. It took about 2 weeks for me to get an interview with the General Manager. When in the 1 on 1 interview, I was asked to describe myself, asked about my past employment, and whether or not I planned on working here for a long period of time. I also was asked standard interview questions, which I answered to the best of my ability.

Entrevista
Very brief but informative, they asked about my experience with costumer service and explained the membership commission process. Was able to choose my own start date and hours. Offered position right then and there.
Very straightforward and only lasted about 15 minutes. They ask you about your experience in fitness and why health is important to you. They ask you if you have ever worked in similar jobs. Friendly and laid back.

Applied online. Got a call to set up an interview and was asked why I wanted to work there. Came in person and was interviewed one on one. The interviewer was very polite. Made the decision that day.
