First I got an email to schedule an interview. Then I went to the local store and had the interview with the DIrector of Operations. He thanked me and called me back and said he wanted to hire me but he needed me to interview with another person. This interview was by phone. I did the interview with her and she called the director of Ops and said I was a good match. He called back with my start date.

They may do a fun interview then take a tour of the restaurant, they will ask you if you have eaten there or not, what you know about them. Also what is your experience, compensation previously.

Entrevista
I spoke with my DM, just small talk and expressed my interest. I did a kenexa when applying but I did the extended kenexa screening and talked to my DM. Scores came back after a couple of Days, met in person, talked for 5 minutes and was hired. Did drug screen, got offer letter, started training in Cincinnati.
