first you go through a recruiter if you pass their requirements you get set up with the dm. if he likes you he will send you off for a drug test, credit check, and background check. if you pass all of the above you got the job..sort of. the training process is a rigiorous 12 week three phase program. 5 weeks positional at a training store, 5 weeks operational at a trainign resturant, and 2 weeks in north carolina at there training center. after you have completed this very difficult task then you have a job.

Very fast (s/b in all caps)!!! Worked with a 3rd party recruiter who was wonderful. She mainstreamed the entire process. The next day the DM called for a phone interview and a one on one interview was scheduled before I was off the phone with him. From initial conversation with recruiter until I signed on the dotted line was only 8 days.

The most difficult part of this job was the initial culture shock. The amount of food that people consume from a buffet with 1 flat price compared to a made to order meal is mind boggling. There is so much waste.
