Interviewed at career day at one of their stores. Interviewed the next day with upper management. After background check for drug and criminal reports, another interview is set up with hiring manager.
After several questions being asked and answered , the following day an offer is made. This offer is in a contract form. If you accept, the training process is started and you are on probation for the training period for 6 months.
