Too slow process & poorly coordinated. Round 1 - Telephonic - OK Round 2 - Telephonic - Online coding round - OK Round 3 - Telephonic - Online coding - received a call 30 minutes later. Technical round - OK Round 4 - Consist of two 1 hour interviews. 2 members interviewed. Second interviewer asked the exact same question as the first one. One question that both interviewer asked was that you have a coding background & how would you suit in a SRE role? (Well, if I was not a good coder, I will not be able to clear your round 2 & 3 - that needed advanced coding skills!!)
