I had two phone interviews with two traders in Tokyo office . They were super friendly and passionate their work. Both interviews include self-introduction, why securities, and pitch a trade.

Pitch me a trade. There are follow-up questions about how you decide when you should sell securities in your pitch.
First stage is the application submission followed by online webcam interview in stage two and finally 3 interviews with two current employees each if successful in the previous stages. Prepare for detailed questions about your CV and the company.

Entrevista
Initial Hirevue Interview where I was asked mainly behavioral and moral-based questions. Was then invited to an in-person interview (pre covid) where I was also mainly asked behavioral and moral-based questions. Pretty nice interviewers, but I got the vibe that they were trying to intimidate me at some points
