Hirevue followed by Superday (2-3 rounds of 30 minute interviews with Associates, VPs and ADs). Overall process took 2-3 weeks. Questions ranged from situational to logical thinking. Superday itself was 1 day.

The process begins with a one-way video interview, where you record your responses to a set of pre-prepared questions. If you progress to the Superday stage, it then consists of three separate online video interviews, each focusing on different areas such as your motivation, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and overall fit for the role.

Entrevista
The whole process was very smooth. It was my first interview experience as a college student and the interviewers were very friendly. There were two rounds of interviews for our campus recruitment program.
