There are approximately 3 rounds of phone interview with 1 super day interview. They don't sponsor. Super day with exams and followed up with excel test. The phone interivews are about half to 1 hour long. The Super day is onsite with the partners. There were exams you take during the onsite interivew.

Nothing - Just have a strong reference. If you know someone, then you can easily get in.
However, it will make the reference like you if you have prior knowledge on TOC. Helps to read books written by Dr. Eli Goldratt.

Hard interview process. Starts with a 2 question quiz independently. My reasoning for a question was wrong and got the question completely wrong and basically was talked down to by one of the partners.
