Meet with the store manager and Discussed background in golf equipment knowledge, how would you handle certain clients, and different ethical situations in a retail setting. Very easy interview. After the interview you have to take a online ethics test to see if you are a "trustworthy " individual

Interview process is simple. 2 rounds, they will ask you about previous work experience, your strengths, your weaknesses, and how you overall think you will be able to contribute to the team and the positive experience of customers.
It was a simple interview that consisted of an interview with the manager followed by a introductions to other team members. The conversation revolved around the understanding of golf and how to recommend proper fitting for customers.
