They moved fast with the interview process but it was still a very layered process. I met with with 8 employees in 6 separate meetings. Included a skill assessment, take home project, presentation, and conversational interview questions. After this long process, they let me know they would be going with another candidate without offering any indication as to what factored into the decision. I politely asked if I could get more insight into what I could have done better or what would have made me a better fit, as I spent a dedicated a large portion of my time and energy to this process over the course of a month with positive feedback throughout. I did not receive a response.
