Recruiter screen followed by Hiring Manager call.
Recruiter did 80% of talking, seemed like they were reading off a script. Not much chance to describe self or answer questions. There was no focus or agenda for the call Recruiter seemed to either be new to company or new to recruiting.
Hiring Manager was just looking to check boxes off on a resume/experience, conversation was poor.
Would advise those interviewing to control both conversations early so that your time does not run out listening to a script.

Unpleasant experience. Feel comfortable wasting peoples' time and do not know themselves what they are looking for. I was under impression they already had an internal hire for the job and had me as part of the process for stats and for something to do. Questions during interview did not make sense at all, were not sales or job related. Came across as a very aggressive organisation that, I had a more positive view before applying there.

The Gong sales leader interview process was truly amazing. I was impressed by the level of engagement and transparency throughout the process. My recruiter, Austin King, was incredibly supportive and his communication style, level of engagement, and transparency impressed me. This made my decision easy to join Gong.
