      My experience with good dog was a negative one. All of the other reviews on here are absolutely correct it was the exact same experience that others have wrote about on here. I had an interview with M and it was just a quick 10 minute phone call she did not let me ask questions at the end. Everything seemed to have gone great I had all of the qualifications and more I received an auto rejection email right after a few days later. Her email read “We have decided to pursue other applicants” but the position is still up on their job site. Overall, it’s been such a strange and odd experience. You can tell that they are a start up from their lack of consideration and their unprofessionalism. In a way I am kind of glad to not work for a company that has interviewed thousands of applicants and cannot seem to fill the position. I can only imagine the work environment of such people.

      Entrevista

      First step was a 15-20 minutes call with Talent Acquisition, although really nice, I was not given any chance to ask questions about the company. The second step was a 45-minute Zoom call with the hiring manager. I tried to keep it upbeat and excited to be there but the manager looked and sounded like they'd rather be anywhere but on this call. It was hard to connect and a lot of the same questions were asked. It felt like a dry conversation. I was then told that the hiring process includes about 5-6 rounds. I received the rejection email roughly a week later, and was told that 'the company's interview process is really tough and it was not about my abilities'. With all due respect, a job starting at 45K/year, which is no longer a livable wage btw, should not be 'tough' to interview for nor demand so many rounds. Looks like the company wants the creme de la creme and seems to be hyper-selective when, really, they can't afford to pay for the standards and skills they want.

      I had 4 interviews; a phone screening, video call with a manager, mock call, and another video call, I do appreciate that they've laid out the interview process on their website, but do not appreciate the inability to give feedback. After interviewing for 2 weeks, it seems unreasonable to not be able to give some sort of feedback when all seemed to genuinely be going well.
