Applied and received a phone call from a lovely lady in the office to have a chat about the role and answer any questions I may have, then I was invited to a video call with the loveliest trainer who made me feel so at ease and unlike other interviews she just wanted to know about me and my caring nature and who I am as a person rather than what GCSE’s I have. It was a great interview and we had a laugh and I was honest about my anxieties and I wasn’t judged. I was supported which I’ve never had before in a company.
