I appreciated the opportunity to interview and found the team to be welcoming, engaged, and professional throughout the process. The conversations felt thoughtful and collaborative, and I’m grateful for the time invested.
However, there were some aspects of the experience that felt unclear. After the interview process concluded, the role was reposted with notable changes to the scope and compensation. It appeared that the direction of the position evolved during or after the interview process, but that shift was not communicated transparently.
Throughout my interviews, I shared ideas and examples of how I would approach the role. While I value collaborative discussions, I left feeling uncertain about how candidates were being evaluated amid the changing expectations. Greater clarity and communication around role alignment would have made the experience stronger.

Entrevista
Mine was an HR initial interview. Highly disappointed. We had technical difficulties, both sides but not enough to miss align communication. 1 question, 1 answer. To which I got an aggressive response stating that the position is more tactical than strategic, with a primary requirement for previous AI product delivery.
*None of which is in the job description.*

Quote: "• You’re actively using emerging AI tools and understand the basics of prompt engineering both to scale yourself and improve products and features."
Both of which I have experience and expertise for.

Quick turnaround for screener call, heard back 10 days after applying. Screen was with a non-technical but senior employee with knowledge of the company and ability to answer all my questions.
