Spoke to Casey on the phone. Standard interview, we reviewed my experience and she send me some case studies to respond to and send back. I put a lot of effort into them, sent them back, and never heard from them again.

1. Describe how you dealt with a workplace situation in which you were asked to perform a task outside of your comfort zone.
2. Tell me about a conflict you had with a manager, co-worker, or customer and provide specifics on how you resolved it.
3. Tell me about a time you had to collaborate with one or more business units to service them in a more efficient manner. What was the situation, and what did you do? What benefits were realized?
4. We can jump to incorrect conclusions about a problem because we are rushing. Tell me a time this happened to you and how did you turn it around? How did it turn out?
5. Describe a time you identified an error or mistake before it became a major headache. What was it? What did you do? What was the outcome?
6. Have you dealt with a process where quality of writing and critical thinking was more important than an agent following a process? What steps did you implement to ensure that client is satisfied with quality of writing and judgement used by your team?
7. Tell me a time when things became busy at work and you had to take on additional tasks. What steps did you take to ensure nothing fell through the cracks? How did everything turn out?
8. Tell us about a time when you had a very upset client. What was the situation and the impact, and what did you do about it? Please be detailed in your explanation.

Entrevista
Goodbay had a fantastic – efficient - interview process. The first two interviews were over the phone. One was a screening interview and the second was with the hiring manager. After that, there was an online personality test. The third interview was in person with the hiring manager and other members of the leadership team.
Everyone I met along the way was super professional and passionate about the company. They all understood their mission and the direction they wanted to take. They have put a lot of thought into what they are trying to accomplish and are super enthusiastic about their work.
They were clear at each step in the process – and very decisive on moving things forward. A great interview experience!

Entrevista
I would have written this a long time ago but they did not have a glassdoor page when I interviewed. They had me do two written translations of two short articles in German. After I "passed", I had another quick interview and then after about 10 days they called me and said I was the "front runner" and I was offered the job after doing another translation test.
The position description does not match the actual job. This is more of a written call-center type gig (this is the Chicago office of a call center in India) and I was told that they actually do not receive very many customer service inquiries in German and that most of the job is in English. OK fine.
A couple days before I was supposed to start, I got a call from the manager who interviewed me and he told me that they were rescinding their job offer because they had changed their mind. This was of course after I signed their offer letter and QUIT my previous job! By his own admittance, this was unprofessional behavior and in end I'm glad it worked out this way because it really revealed what kind of company this is. I would not recommend anyone to apply to this company. Don't waste your time!
