      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Goodbox (Bengaluru) em abr. de 2017

      Entrevista

      a. The interview was scheduled by the HR dept. with one of the co-founders. b. The first round was very basic , situation based question and understanding of the company. c. The second round was more situation based, to test the fitment of the role with the experience. d. Surprisingly, I had given the same answer to the question: "what do you know about Goodbox ?" and the answer was accepted in the first round and not accepted in the second round!! (astonished to know the difference of understanding of the company between two co-founders of this start-up ). e. My Answers to the situation based questions, seem to have been found relevant and therefore an offer to join at a lesser pay with equity was made, for a different role, for which i interviewed in the first round. f. The offer was made with no growth plan and the co-founder in the second round was ambiguous about the company growth and performance and therefore could not propose any career growth or more responsibility later for a senior professional or an opportunity to learn. (then why call for the interview?) g. Considering that even the sign board outside the office had lost its sheen, maybe the co-founder could be right that the company would not exist for long. h. Conclusion: - The idea to call senior professionals and place situation based question was find to solutions to their problems, For Free, which they are not capable to answer. - The less pay offer was made, for sure, for me to refuse, as they want everything economical. i. I refused the other role and stuck to be considered for the original role interviewed for. Received a negative response from the HR a few days later.
