The team were welcoming from recruitment to on site interview. The process was a little slow but that was on the centre not recruitment. As soon as the director decided to have me onboard the process was very quick

a phone interview with recruitment to discuss experience and qualifications . Then was invited to an in-person interview with the center manager . Went over teaching philosophy . Created an activity plan beforehand mixing play with differentiated learning style

Entrevista
2 phone interviews with HR and then an in person interview with the centre manager. It takes about 20minutes to finish. The process took about 3weeks to get final results, probably due to the holiday season.
