Applied online through Charity Village. Had two in person interviews. Was called about two days after my first interview to come in for the second one. First interview was with two Program Managers and the second one was with the Vice President and another Program Manager.

I applied online and was called the next day. I went in for an interview with someone from Senior Management and another associate. Went through several questions, such as why do I want to work for Goodwill, some behavioral type questions also. Once the interview was complete, I received an email asking me to return for a second interview in a couple of days. The second interview was a lot harder. The person from Senior Management was in this interview as well as the Vice President. They repeated some of the same questions from the first interview-- why do you want to work here? Tell me how you would handle this...? How would you communicate with someone if they did not.. ? etc. It took a few days for them to get back to me regarding my status. I was not successful.
