Brief telephone call, followed by in person interview of about 15 minutes with store location manager. She basically asked me a few questions about my availability. They are desperate for employees that will stick around and do the job, so the interview itself was easy.

They wanted to know about me (career) and wanted to know what my strengths and weaknesses are. As well, how I would consider that I am qualified for the job.

Easy and straight to the point. The manager has about five questions that related to my availability, when can I start. After that she asked me the typical questions, can I carry 20lb and what is the earliest I can start a shift.
