I applied online and received a phone call to come in for an interview the same day. Once at the interview I was asked a total of 5 questions. 1. Why do you want to work for Goodwill? 2. What would you do if you seen someone stealing? 3. Tell me about a a time you worked as a team? 4. Tell me about a time in which you had to deal with an upset customer? 5. Tell me a time when you had a problem with a co-worker?

Went in for a walk-in interview, fully dressed from a different interview that day, and was practically hired on the spot. Managers were very helpful and clear about the rest of the process, the interview itself was done with 3 managers with each one asking the usual questions.
