The interview process went well. The inquiry regarding employment was timely replied. Further interview was scheduled with few communications. They explained the job profile very well with all job responsibilities and the work environment. The interview was mostly formal and discussion based for this position, however lacks the technical questions that I was expecting about the HR functionality and corporate's long term goal.

Not much technical questions asked. The interview was not planed or structured properly.
They asked about introduction firstly after they asked me about the roles and responsibilities and who was the client. And did I managed my work when I got the niche requirements

Entrevista
I was contacted by Goodwill via one of the job boards to apply for their job. I applied and months later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview the hiring manager asked to have a quick video interview. The video interview with the hiring manager was late in the day and early the next morning the hiring manager sent me an email stating she found someone.
I’m trying not to think seeing me on video negatively affected my chances of being selected for the position.
Guess, it’s not the place for my talent and neither for diversity.

Entrevista
Phone call from the Recruiter, she was very straight forward, did not sound like interested at all, she also read thru the script and questions like a machine. It ended very awkward!
