The interview process dragged on for a while. After my first interview, I was told they were going to reach out to schedule another but never heard back. Tried to contact them many times and I found out months later that the hiring manager I spoke to had been laid off and the position was closed, but no one informed me about it. I had to find out by messaging the hiring manager on LinkedIn.

The interview was very extensive and was with multiple people, including those currently in the Case Assistant Position.
