it was conversational with a lot of questions about how you would or have reacted to certain scenarios in the past. emphasis on collaborating with your peers and finding resources for solutions

It was an easygoing process, with expected questions until the GCA part. It should be normally 3 stages of interviews but after the 3rd one, they immediately connected for 4th. I think the most important part is the GCA if you can pass the initial interview.
