O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Google (Mountain View, CA) em mar. de 2008
Entrevista
The interview process at Google is long and tedious. Initially, a recruiter from Human Resources contacted me and put me through a phone screen. She warned me that the process would be long (could take several months). I had two follow up phone interviews with managers. One of them was relevant to the position where the manager asked about my career goals, etc. and the other was just a bunch of random questions to test my thought process.
I was inivited to an on site interview. I met with several employees and the hiring manager. I was asked a number of IQ questions/word puzzles and had to respond without a paper or pen to work through my answers. Traditional interview questions were also asked. The employees were very friendly, as was the manager.
I did not receive a response directly from Google stating that I did not get the job. I waited a couple of weeks and contacted the recruiter myself, at which point she told me that they cut me off. I wish they would have let me know right away.

How would you make Google headquarters a more environmentally friendly campus?
I submitted my resume, waited weeks, then got to do a recruiter screen and a tough coding call. Finally, I got an onsite interview before being told I was rejected

Given integers n, d and three arrays a[], b[], c[] of size n each, print count of all distinct triplets {i,j,k} such that all three conditions satisfy -
abs(a[i]-b[j])<=d,
abs(b[j]-c[k])<=d &
abs(c[k]-a[i])<=d.
n<=100000
(You can assume the arrays are sorted)
Follow up: print all triplets
First round interview, covering mainly brain teasers and experience. Very analytical question list and live problem soling and gaming scenarios. Enjoyable but challenging process, very intelligent interviewers. Following round was a super day
It was very uncertain, overall the area of coverage and expectation was just too much. Must know very deep into the space. I would recommend to study beyond the technicals and more about the space of which the team operated in.
