I was contacted via email by a Google recruiter who requested my resume. After sending in my resume I was told it would be reviewed by another recruiter who was working on the role in question. I then had a phone screening interview with the second recruiter who recommended I interview for a different role. I was then scheduled to have a phone screening interview with the person I would be replacing. That person asked real on the job questions I might receive and we did a role play exercise.
