1st round was basic html css and js. state management question with dom manipulation. starts with easy question and then builds up on the same context. No framework asked only vanilla js

Entrevista
First had a call with the recruiter. Standard call, talked about previous experience, etc.
Had a technical phone screen where I had to code in a Google doc over the phone. This was for an AR/VR role so it was in C#.
After the technical screen is a take-home assignment. It's about a ~10 hour project, again related to AR/VR.
I asked if a specific tech stack was okay, they said yes, but then they decided not to move forward with me because I had used that tech stack. Apparently they would've rather I had used something else, even though they had told me it was fine earlier. Felt deceptive and like a huge waste of time. They also said I could try again in 12 months but the whole process left a bad taste in my mouth. Feels like they're trying to trick you.
It's also a *very* slow process; expect it to take several months. It's not worth it.

3 technical rounds and 2 non technical rounds.
Recruitment team were very professional throughout the process. They provided ample information and time to prepare for interviews. All interviewers were vey polite, professional and knowledgeable as you would expect from Google.
Although I did not get an offer, I learnt a lot during the process. One of the best interview processes I have been through.

Fue una entrevista fallida, pero que me dejó mucha experiencia ya que mi perfil no era 100% compatible con el puesto, pero la retroalimentación que recibi fue excepcional. Seguiré intentándolo.
