Make sure to apply with a referral, ideally from someone senior in the product organization. 1) 45 min first round interview with a Google PM/APM. I received analytical questions around a particular Google product (no need to be intimately familiar with it). 2) Written assignment and onsite. The virtual onsite consists of 3, 45 min rounds with Google PMs/APMs covering technical, analytical, and product sense questions. Can't describe the written assignment in detail, but I received a pretty standard prompt in my opinion. 3) Final decision!
